offline, encrypted, peer-to-peer mesh chat for Android

One device creates a mesh; others join by scanning a QR code or pasting a link - no accounts, no servers, no internet connection required. Messages route over Wi-Fi Aware / Wi-Fi Direct directly between phones, encrypted end-to-end so that any phone relaying a message for someone else can never read it.

Status: Phase 1 in development (started 14-AUG-2026) - mesh transport, routing, encryption, and local storage are built and running; a mesh-wide group chat and direct messages work. Live map, media attachments, and the duress-wipe UI are still to come.

Source: private repository for now - nothing public to link to yet. A signed APK will be published once there's a build worth shipping.
